Urinary leakage, with coughing and sneezing, lifting weights, golfing, during sexual activity, or simply no specific activity- urine just leaks at rest.

This is a procedure- it takes about 1 hour to perform, where an inflatable cuff is implanted around the urethra, with a pump in the scrotum. At rest, it is closed, the cuff is tight. When the button is pressed once, it opens up for several minutes- allowing the man to void. It auto-closes without any action at all, after a few minutes it just closes on its own.
